About Us
Hello, I'm Emma
I know what it’s like to live with psoriasis, I've been there myself — the frustration, the trial and error, and the impact it can have on everyday life. That’s why I’m passionate about helping others who are going through the same journey.
As a qualified Nutritional Therapist, I’ve spent the past six years supporting people with psoriasis to feel more confident in their skin. By blending expert knowledge with lived experience, I help you make sense of what your body needs and create a plan that feels both realistic and supportive.
My Story
I've been where you are and I can help you move forward
I'm Emma Gould and my journey with psoriasis started when I was age 16 doing my A Levels. It appeared as a small patch on my scalp but didn’t cause me too much trouble and went away by itself a few months later.
It was when I had my first child age 31 that the psoriasis really started to take hold. Fast forward a few years and I was 50% covered, coating myself in steroid creams that had stopped working and was at my wits end. I was exhausted, stressed, eating bad food and felt I had lost all connection to myself.
I started to research natural healing methods and came across the book “Healing Psoriasis” by Dr Pagano. I followed the book to a T, changing my diet and lifestyle habits and after 4 months achieved total clearance.
I had a degree in Human Biology and Psychology and wanted to know WHY my body had reacted this way, it was not something we had learnt about at University. I embarked on a 3 year Nutritional Therapist Diploma at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and found all the answers I had been looking for!
I truly feel this is my calling and I am passionate about helping others to empower themselves to heal their own skin too.

Our Approach
Integrative Care
At Psoriasis Clinic, we take an integrative approach — looking at the whole person, not just the skin. Psoriasis is complex and can be influenced by many interconnected systems in the body, including immune function, gut health, hormones, stress, and sleep.
Through functional nutrition and lifestyle support, we help you create the best possible environment for your skin to heal and thrive. Our work complements medical treatment — many clients choose to work with us alongside their dermatologist or GP — and focuses on areas within your control, such as diet, stress, exercise, and rest.
The goal is to bring together evidence-informed, practical strategies that help you feel more balanced, confident, and in charge of your skin health.
“If you're struggling with a skin condition like psoriasis, then I would highly recommend Emma, she was so helpful and knowledgable when I was really struggling and I'm in a much better place now, and it's 100% because of her guidance. ”
